We have most of our long-term clients in Manufacturing and Distribution, but we are also a fantastic partner to fill all of your professional and office needs.  Direct-Hire Placements are always welcomed by our team.  But that is not the only area that the Direct-Hire approach is needed.  With a shrinking pool of skilled labor in the United States, we have come to find out that most welders, machinists, and maintenance professionals will also only look for Direct-Hire opportunities.

Discuss Needs

During our introductory meeting, we will take the time to listen to details and then ask enough clarifying questions to give our team a full understanding of where you have been and where you would like to be headed. This is a critical step in putting together a client strategy.


Rate Agreement

A Rate Agreement is simply that….an Agreement. It is not a contract that obligates you to anything but paying us for our services if we provide them.  If you decide that you don’t need help at the current moment, no big deal at all!  We will simply be ready to jump on things should you ever find yourself in a workforce “jam”.


Awarding the Opportunity

If you are ready to get started, we are ready to get working! We are very upfront and realistic about each opportunity that we take on from the get-go.  We will provide a realistic expectation as to how long each project will take based on the complexity or simplicity of the request.  We value integrity above all else, so this is a very important area to our team.
