Job Description
Manages the ERP and database applications. Is involved in the original design of the database system, and is responsible for its implementation, backup, recovery, and documentation. Is responsible for training and user consultation. Solves computer problems and enables computer technology to meet the needs of the organization. Plans and designs new computer systems or devises ways to apply existing systems resources to additional operations. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system. Identifies solutions for obtaining accurate and meaningful data from the database system for analytical use.
Interaction with users (employees, customers, guests) requires strong inter-personal communication and self-discipline skills, including conflict management and time management. Complies and conducts business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Promotes ethical behavior by acting with honesty and integrity. Felony free (7-year scope). Ability to pass drug screen.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science related subject.
PREFERRED YEARS EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
ERP systems including Mapics/Infor XA
IBM AS400 Operating system and hardware
IIS, ASP and ASP.net web design
Compleo & Monarch platforms
Crystal Reports
SmarTeam PDM
MS Access
MS Excel
MS SQL
