Mechanical Technical Specialist

Responsibilities:
Reports to Maintenance Department
Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for all production test stands (hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical) and shop compressors
Test stand repair and upgrade including pump and motor teardown and repair
Work with outside contractors to perform building upkeep (HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing)
Work with Production Managers and Manufacturing Engineering group to target equipment improvement and productivity projects
Place purchase orders for equipment supplies
Preferred Skills/Knowledge
Hands on experience in hydraulic and pneumatic test stand repair
Basic knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and electrical systems
Forklift and scissor lift
Project management/execution, including capital projects
Strong communication and team skills
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
US Person eligible to work in the US. US Persons” include US Citizen, permanent US resident, asylees and refugees.
Felony free (7-year scope).
